Sector 02 · Infrastructure & water

Roads, land and water, built to last.

Every other investment depends on roads, land and water. We help plan, fund and deliver them, from boreholes and treatment plants to roads and land development.

01What we do here

How we help in infrastructure.

A

Roads and land

The foundations that open up the country.

  • A.1

    Roads and public works

Road networks and public works that connect people and markets.

  • A.2

    Land development

Preparing land so it is ready for homes, businesses and industry.

  • A.3

    Funding plans

Funding and public-private partnerships, so large works get built and stay in service.

  • A.4

    Clean technology, controlled costs

Eco-responsible technology and careful cost control for long-term value.

B

Water and construction (HBTP)

Clean water for people and businesses.

  • B.1

    Dams and boreholes

Water sources designed and built for villages, towns and industry.

  • B.2

    Water treatment plants

Safe drinking water and water management where it is needed most.

  • B.3

    Buildings and civil works

Building and civil engineering works delivered alongside the water systems.

02On record

Land, roads and water, built to last.

We combine good engineering with solid funding plans, so roads, land and water systems are built well and keep working.

04How we work

Four simple steps.

You can start at any step. Most projects go best when they start with the first.

  1. Step 01

    Understand

We study the need, the land, the rules and who will use the works.

  2. Step 02

    Plan

Designs, costs and a funding plan that banks and partners can back.

  3. Step 03

    Connect

We bring together the authorities, funders and builders.

  4. Step 04

    Deliver

We follow the works to handover, with local hiring and training included.

06In every project

The benefits stay in the country.

We judge success by what stays after a project ends: jobs, skills and public services that work better than before.

Jobs & training

Hiring and training local people in mining, infrastructure and technology.

Good governance

Working with public bodies on transparency and against corruption.

Questions about infrastructure

Do you build the works yourselves?

Through our HBTP activity we design and build water structures such as dams, boreholes and treatment plants, together with building and civil works. For larger works such as roads, we bring together the right partners, funders and authorities.

Can you help set up a public-private partnership?

Yes. We work out the funding need, prepare the file and, where it helps, structure a partnership between public and private partners.

Who do you work with on infrastructure?

Public bodies, development partners and investors in infrastructure, and communities and companies that need water or buildings.
