03How we work

Four simple steps.

You can start at any step. Most projects go best when they start with the first.

  1. Step 01

    Understand

We look at the permit, the site, the rules and the people you would work with.

  2. Step 02

    Plan

Company structure, funding and a strong licence file.

  3. Step 03

    Connect

Meetings with the authorities, funders and local partners, and we join them with you.

  4. Step 04

    Deliver

Support while the operation runs, with local hiring and clear reporting.

05In every project

The benefits stay in the country.

We judge success by what stays after a project ends: jobs, skills and public services that work better than before.

Jobs & training

Hiring and training local people in mining, infrastructure and technology.

Good governance

Working with public bodies on transparency and against corruption.

Questions about mining

Can you help us get a mining licence?

We guide you through the process: checking the rules, preparing the documents and talking with the authorities. We got the licences for our own mining companies. We cannot promise a decision that belongs to the government, but we make sure your application is strong.

Do you run mining companies yourselves?

We set up and continue to support three mining companies under the AIG umbrella: Afric Invest Mining Corporation S.A., Mining RCA S.A. and Golden Horizon Investment SARL.

How do local communities benefit?

Local content is part of every mining project we support: hiring and training local people, buying locally and respecting environmental standards, so the benefits stay in the country.
